About Rae Szereszewski

Mission & Motivation

Rae Szereszewski delivers realistic sex and relationship education to adults who want to explore confidently.

Whether you’re having sex (or not), it’s at the root of many aspects of our interpersonal relationships and societal expectations. Despite this, sex education fails us from a very young age; the messages we absorb through popular media are frequently harmful or blatant misinformation. Many people feel shame about things that are both natural and normal, and we waste a lot of emotional energy unpacking and unlearning our negative feelings.

Rae helps adults feel more pleasure and confidence when it comes to navigating sex, interpersonal relationships, and their physical bodies, with realistic sexual health education and support. Drawing on her lived experience as a former latex designer and swingers’ club event coordinator, alongside current pedagogical best practices, Rae offers real-world education on kink, consensual non-monogamy, consent, and pleasure.

  • "Rae helped us re-establish our romantic bond after 23 years of marriage had left my romantic gestures nonexistent. I can now express my feelings in a way my partner can appreciate and reciprocate. Thank you so much for helping put back that spark and understanding in our relationship."

  • “I've been having difficulty finding good quality matches through online dating. Rae gave me the tools I needed to create an attractive profile with exercises to get clear about what I want, how to attract my perfect partner and advice along the way. She approached each session with care, humour and non-judgement. We were able to reach our goals in just 2 sessions! I would highly recommend Rae for all your relationship coaching needs.”

  • “I have been on a path to discover more about my sexuality but found myself way too intimidated to explore on my own. Rae was such an incredible help by putting not only my mind at ease but helped me set small, realistic and achievable goals that I not only reached but surpassed! She helped me come out of my shell and made me feel good about myself and the progress I made. She was super fun to work with and helped unlock new kinks and was the best wingman ever when we went out to Oasis. She stayed with me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone who is curious on self growth in their sexuality, dating or even just to grow their knowledge on sex in general!”

  • “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rae in different capacities and attending her events. She’s a gifted facilitator and event planner, and the events she runs are always fun and interesting thanks to her boundless enthusiasm and incredible sense of humour. She knows how to create a safe and open environment where people can let go of their fears, which is so important for both having fun and learning. I attended the consent workshop, Not Your First Rodeo. Loved loved loved the workshop. The interactive parts were fantastic, and I thought the discussion as a whole was very nuanced and useful.”

  • “Rae's events are the only events I've felt comfortable attending. She fosters an environment that is playful, comfortable, sexy, and funny. It's refreshing to see someone foster sex-positive, body-positive atmosphere that is as informative as it is fun. Rae is a remarkably authentic event host; she shares her own experiences with professionalism and enthusiasm, which always makes her attendees feel at ease. She goes to great lengths to make sure even the people as shy as I am feel welcomed and included.

  • “I am fortunate to have had multiple opportunities to work with Rae as both a client and a creative collaborator. Working with her as a professional is always a joy. She is an exceptionally organized individual and strives for quality in everything she does. I have in the past worked with her as a Hair/makeup artist. She has always done a great job of communicating what it is she wants and has always been open for creative input. At past events I have found her to be better organized than event staff which has been a real comfort when things can get hectic.  I look forward to future possibilities to work with her on creative projects.”

  • "I originally started working with Rae in order to improve my selfie game and learn how to take better pictures, and she has been an enormous help in that regard. I'm far more confident and capable than I used to be, and she gave me the skills and strategies I need to pursue my creative ideas. Along the way though, she has also helped me with CNM relationship coaching, motivation advice, productivity tips, sexual health advice, and a wealth of other valuable insight. Rae is kind, thoughtful, funny, knowledgeable, and wise. I can't recommend her services highly enough."

She was crucial in helping me undo the stigma and finding the prospect of dating again far less daunting. She is so easy to talk to, and really has her programming down to a fine science. She will help build you up to be the best you that you can be!"
