If you’re interested in getting kinky, this one hour workshop explores kink, BDSM, and everything in between. We’ll be talking about the different types of kinks - not just the kind that include a whip. Get ready to explore the limit of your comfort zones, dive into what you might be missing, and leave wanting more.

Healing Trauma Through Kink

Not all kinksters have trauma, and not all people with trauma enjoy kink. What happens when people explore their trauma in a kink space? This workshop talks about the science of trauma, how kink affects the brain, and under what parameters you can use kink to heal your trauma. This workshop is helpful to to all who are interested in exploring their own trauma through kink, service providers who work with individuals experiencing trauma, and individuals who provide services in the kink realm.

Choking Hazard: Safe Breathplay

Breathplay can be intense, intimate, and deeply connective, when it’s done with skill, intention, and care. This one-hour workshop is designed to give you a practical introduction to breathplay techniques and safety considerations. The beginning will be safety and negotiation, with an optional hands on portion at the end with time for Q&A. We will be learning a few styles of chokes, including Jiu Jitsu based chokes using legs. You can learn with your body, or just watch.
