Sharing is Caring: Intro to Non Monogamy program
My signature Sharing is Caring program is a 8 week virtual program built to help you better navigate your consensually non monogamous relationship challenges. This group is best for people who have been non-monogamous for 0-5 years. By the end of 8 weeks you’ll know:
What your relationship needs are, how to set boundaries and come to agreements that will ensure your needs are being met in all of your relationships. This would be instead of setting rules or having rules set for you that will restrict your ability to explore and feel the benefits of freedom in CNM.
Determine what kinds of additional relationships you want to enter into (sexual, romantic, both?)
How to show commitment in different ways that don't include exclusivity. For example, you've been with your partner for two years, you're not engaged, you don't own any property, and now you're worried about what's going to keep them from leaving you if they find someone "better". This is a super common fear, and defining commitment is the first step to overcoming it.
Overcome common communication pitfalls to establish a robust and effective system of communication for a more productive outcome during times of conflict. This will include strategies for when you're feeling anxiety, jealousy, and insecurity, and what to do and say instead of reacting explosively.

What previous clients are saying
Overall the course was fantastic. Here are some things I loved:
The goals of the course and the outline were clear and easy to understand. I saw advertisements for it and thought it was for me and then when I got more information I was totally in. I think you did a great job naming the course, the IG posts and the syllabus were all super clear. The experience lined up with the stated goals. And then exceeded expectations! You did exactly what you said you were going to do and it was even better than I imagined. You’re generous with ideas and have clearly spent a lot of time thinking and working in this area.
I think the progression of the course made so much sense. The homework was small and doable but kept me engaged in thinking about the topics between classes. The balance of sharing, lessons and Q&A was excellent. I admire how you are able to invite questions and then give wait time and be silent to draw out people’s thoughts and ideas. You are a great facilitator. You don’t judge and yet you aren’t a robot. It’s clear you’re a real person with pizzazz and personality and you share in ways that are super helpful.
I loved the group aspect. While we didn’t chat much between classes in the chat, it was nice to have it there. I really enjoyed having other’s there to feel seen, heard and to normalize CNM generally. The group was great.
I wish I had something to suggest to make it even better, but I really don’t. It was just what we needed, I only wish we had done it sooner. I think the pricing was totally worth it, especially since my partner and I did it together. To be honest, I probably would have paid more, but the knowledge and guidance you give is priceless.

“I am also sad to see our time together come to an end but I'm certain I'll be hitting you up for one-on-one calls in the near future!!
I want to thank you for everything this past summer - I learned so much about myself and I now have better tools to navigate the wonderful world of non-monogamy. This summer saw me through some huge life events, and I somehow got through it (with the help of a pretty great coach!) and while I wouldn't say I'm thriving quite yet, I'm certainly in a much better place than I was at the beginning of the summer.

Your preparation was exceptional. Everything was always ready to go and on time. The progression of ideas we discussed made sense. It was well ordered and led us from the basics to more nuanced concepts. You always found the right tone. You were able to balance the emotional weight and seriousness of the topic with the reality that we’re still talking about fucking. I like the way you invited participants to share their own stories and workshop ideas. It added personal relevance to the course without turning us all into case studies.
