Non Monogamy Workshops for Adults
Sharing is Caring: Non Monogamous Relationships for beginners
Open relationships are increasingly being portrayed in the media, but no one ever explains the terminology or how to bring it up in your relationship. If you're curious about ethical non monogamy, polyamory, swinging, and everything in between, we're here to show you how sharing is caring. This workshop is a crash course into relationship models that are the alternative of monogamy. We’ll talk about the differences between romantic and sexual relationships, communication styles, and how to bring up non monogamy in your relationships.
Non Monogamy 201
Non-Monogamy 201 is a deeper-dive workshop for people who are already practicing (or seriously exploring) ethical/consensual non-monogamy and want to navigate the real challenges that arise once theory meets lived experience.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore:
Jealousy - your next steps for handling unwanted jealousy
Compersion - learn what factors will make compersion more accessible
Navigating unfair relationship rules - how to spot them, negotiate them, and find healthier alternatives that work for all people in a relationship
Exploring the internal and external pressures, like people pleasing or judgmental families.

Jealousy Masterclass
Feeling overwhelmed by jealous feelings in your relationships? This is a crash course on why you're feeling jealous and what to do about it so you can stop. Learn about the common roots of jealousy, how to better identify the feelings underlying your jealousy, how to determine if it's a "you" problem or a "them" problem, and dives deep into different techniques to manage your feelings in a healthy and productive way. This workshop is built as a follow up to Sharing is Caring: Introduction to Non Monogamy, but is helpful to anyone experiencing jealousy.
How to get laid or die trying (at your first play party)
Figuring out what works for you at your first sex party can feel like uncharted territory. This session is all about discovering your personal comfort zones and making choices that feel right for you—without killing the vibe. Learn how to manage the “people stuff” like a pro: how do you talk to strangers, how do I come up with an outfit on a budget, what kinds of skills will make people want to talk to approach you? With practical tips and a playful approach, this talk will help you stay true to yourself while keeping things fun, sexy, and respectful.
The format of this workshop will be highly interactive, and uses games to illustrate many of the points, allowing you to build connections while learning through doing.
Coming Soon: People Pleasing and Play Parties
At play parties, where connection and chemistry move quickly, people-pleasing can show up in ways that are hard to spot in the moment.
This workshop is designed to help you determine the difference between genuine desire and conditioned compliance, so you can show up more authentically, confidently, and safely in sexual and social spaces.
Together, we’ll explore:
The roots of people-pleasing and how it develops
The ways it may show up in your body, communication, and decision-making
Practical tools for navigating play parties and sexual interactions with clarity and agency
Whether you’re new to these spaces or have been attending for years, this workshop will give you language, awareness, and strategies to stay connected to yourself, so your “yes” is real, your “no” is respected, and your experiences are actually aligned with what you want. This workshop was co-developed with Therapist Yael Shoham.
Sharing STIs: STI transmission, protection, and stigma
This safe sex educational workshop is a comprehensive overview of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), and specifically, how they are transmitted, how you can protect yourself against them, and to work to end the stigma around STIs to allow better access to care. We dive into STIs to help you understand personal health management. The information is presented in a sex-positive way, and deconstructions internalised stigma and unconscious bias surrounding the risk, transmission, and lifestyle of those affected, and leaves each participant with language to communicate about STI status in a shame-free way.
