So… you’ve got the basics of non-monogamy down. Now it’s time to level up.

Non-Monogamy 201 is a deeper-dive workshop for people who are already practicing (or seriously exploring) ethical/consensual non-monogamy and want to navigate the real challenges that arise once theory meets lived experience.

In this interactive session, we’ll explore:

• Jealousy - your next steps for handling unwanted jealousy

• Compersion - learn what factors will makecompersion more accessible

• Navigating unfair relationship rules - how to spot them, negotiate them, and find healthier alternatives that work for all people in a relationship

• Exploring the internal and external pressures, like people pleasing or judgmental families.
